The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) is responsible for implementing╠řand enforcing four university policies for students, staff, and faculty:

The OIEC Resolution Procedures outline how complaints brought to our office are handled in compliance with state and federal laws, and the applicable policies. OIEC employs fair and unbiased processes and treats all individuals who seek our assistance with respect and dignity.

ADA Compliance is a unit within OIEC responsible for compliance related primarily to the . ADA Compliance is also responsible for ensuring pregnancy-related accommodations for employees.
